15-Minute Virtual Consultation

This is a free virtual meeting that allows us time to explore working together. 

Our policy is to discuss fees, copayments, and appointment availability during this consultation before making your initial counseling appointment.

 Individual Therapy

Initial Interview and Assessment: $200  1 hr. 

Individual Session $180     50 mins

Couples Therapy

3 - Part Interview and Assessment: $650    4.5 - 6.5 hrs.  (3-4 weekly sessions)

Couples Session: $220     1.5 hrs. (on average 10-14 sessions)

Culmer Counseling Services does not accept insurance and/or EAP for couples therapy.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Initial Interview and Assessment: $200   1 hr. 

Individual Session $220    up to 1.5 hrs.

Culmer Counseling Services does not accept insurance and/or EAP for ART therapy.

Mind-Body Skills Group

8-week commitment  *$500  16 hrs. (8-weekly sessions)

6 participants minimum

$500.00 is per client participant, and full payment is due one week before the group starts.

A sliding fee scale with limited scholarships is available, please inquire.

Supervision

Must Be A Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

 Individual Session Fee $125 

Prepaid 5 Session Fee $525

I am a board-approved Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns in the state of Florida. 

 Interns need 1500 client face-to-face hours, requiring a minimum of 100 hours of supervision. The process takes anywhere from 2 to 4 years to complete.  Review *Board Rules 491 and the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling website here for requirements.

Our policy is to ensure transparency by disclosing all fees during our free 15-minute consultation before you make your initial appointment. 

We request payment up to 24 hours in advance of the session, unless other arrangements have been made, to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted therapeutic experience for you.

Paying Out of Pocket?

Paying out of pocket for therapy rather than using insurance benefits can be advantageous. 

Confidentiality: 

Access to your records is usually limited to you and your counselor. However, managed care companies require periodic chart reviews by their Quality Assurance Department. Additionally, all managed care companies require all therapists to provide a medical diagnosis for your condition and submit treatment plans when requesting additional sessions on your behalf. Ask your therapist for more information or see the reporting forms if you use a managed care plan and are concerned about privacy.

Autonomy:

The length of care, frequency of sessions, and other aspects of work you do together are entirely up to you and your counselor.

Flexibility:

The plan of care and the payment of services are discussed and set by mutual agreement.

Payment for Services

 By providing your bank account information, you authorize Culmer Counseling Services, LLC to debit your designated account for agreed-upon services or products. ACH transactions are processed securely via FinSync and include a $0.50 transaction fee. Please note that a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee between $80.00 and $125.00, depending on the service. This payment authorization will end automatically when your therapy services with Culmer Counseling conclude.
